Austen Autman

Hello my name is Austen. I am CEO and founder of Nova Growth Management Group. I grew up in a small town in wisconsin. When I was 18 years old I joined the Navy as an aircraft mechanic. I got out of the navy in 2021 and moved to florida. I now have my two-year-old son. My favorite part of this is being able to watch my team and expand into areas where they succeed the most.

Christopher Fulenwider

My name is Christopher Fulenwider. I've lived in Florida for my entire life. I wanted to start a career that I could build myself in. My favorite thing to do is go to the Renaissance Festival, and my goal is to run my own company.

Jesse Toothman

My name is Jesse Toothman. I've lived in Florida for the majority of my life. I love to play video games in my free time. I have a long history in management and have even attempted to launch my own company in the past. My goal is to become financially stable to take care of my wife and children.

James Cloud

My name is James Cloud. I am a United States Marine. I am a Florida Native born and raised. I found myself here at Nova Growth Management because I was looking for a career path that gave me an amazing growth opportunity. My goal is to become a business owner!

Henrichy Naar

My name is Henrichy Naar, but I go by Richy. I was born in the USVI and grew up in Florida. I was looking for a place that I could have a career in and I found this. My goal is to become a National Consultant in the next 5 years.

Stephanie Bonnet

Hi! My name is Stephanie. I've spent most of my life in Florida, I love the warm weather, sunny days, and my two boys. I've only just started with Nova Growth Management this year, but I've found that I enjoy being able to help people, build relationships and assisting others find the stability and growth they want to achieve in a career. I grew up in a small town, where you could see thousands of stars every night and now I'm helping look for the stars that are waiting to shine.

Kiersten Mead

Hello, my name is Kiersten. I was born and raised in Florida and began my journey with the company in 2023. I initially started in the Sales and Marketing department, and over time, I’ve been fortunate to grow into a role within HR and Recruiting with Nova Growth. As I look ahead, my goal is to continue supporting the company’s growth while also helping others achieve their personal and professional goals within our organization
